4.4 The Desktop App will not open.


Confirm that you:

  • Downloaded the .dmg  file from your USB Club invitation
  • Waited for the download to finish
  • Opened the downloaded file on a Mac
  • Are following any security or permission prompts shown by macOS

If the app still will not open, contact support@usb.club and include:

  • Your Mac model
  • Your macOS version
  • The exact message shown
  • A screenshot, if available
  • What you have already tried
