4.3 The Desktop App did not download.


After selecting Download Desktop App, check your browser’s Downloads section and your Mac’s Downloads folder.


If you cannot find the installer:

  1. Return to the invitation page.
  2. Select Download Desktop App again.
  3. Check whether your browser blocked or paused the download.
  4. Confirm that the file finished downloading before opening it.

If the download still does not appear, contact support@usb.club and let us know which browser you are using and what happens when you select the download button.
