4.2 The download link isn’t working.

If your invitation or download link does not open:

1. Confirm that your Mac is connected to the internet.
2. Refresh the page.
3. Open the original invitation email and select the link again.
4. Try opening the link in a different browser.
5. Make sure you are using the most recent invitation.
6. Check whether the page says that the invitation has expired or cannot be found.

If the issue continues, contact support@usb.club and include:

• Your full name
• The email address that received the invitation
• The browser you are using
• A screenshot of the page
• The exact error message shown

We’ll review your invitation and help you continue the installation.
