3.3 How long does onboarding take?


Onboarding timelines may vary depending on the current onboarding schedule and the number of members waiting to join.

Once your submission has been reviewed and your access is ready, we’ll send your invitation to the email address you provided.

While you wait, we recommend checking your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders.


If you believe you have been waiting longer than expected, contact support@usb.club with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number, if available
  • The email address used on the onboarding form
  • The date you submitted the form
