7. Login & Authentication

After installing Console, you may occasionally need help signing back in or restoring access to your account. The articles below cover the most common login and authentication issues.

7.1 I can't log in after reinstalling Console.

If you're unable to sign in after reinstalling Console, contact support and we'll help restore your access.

7.2 I forgot my login credentials.

If you've forgotten your login credentials, contact support and we'll help you recover access to your account.

7.3 Touch ID or biometric login stopped working.

Restart Console and try signing in again.

If the issue persists, contact support and we'll help troubleshoot the problem.
