4. Installing Console

Console is the desktop application that allows your USB Club device to access the network. Your invitation email includes a unique installation link to help you get started.

4.1 How do I install Console?

Your invitation email contains a unique installation link.

Open the link on your Mac and follow the installation instructions to install Console.

4.2 The download link isn't working.

If you're having trouble opening your installation link, try the following:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Open the link in a different browser.
  3. Verify that your invite link hasn't expired.

If the issue persists, contact support.

4.3 I reformatted my computer and lost Console.

If you reformatted your computer or no longer have Console installed, contact support and we'll help restore your access.

4.4 I got a new computer.

USB Club currently supports one registered computer per USB Club device.

If you've moved to a new computer, contact support and we'll help transfer your device registration.
