4.1 How do I install the USB Club Desktop App?


The USB Club Desktop App connects your USB Club device to the network.

Your invitation email contains a unique link to download the app and begin setup. The Desktop App is currently available for macOS.


Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Your USB Club invitation email
  • Your USB Club device
  • Access to a supported Mac
  • Your iPhone for mobile pairing
  • A stable internet connection

To install the Desktop App:

  1. Open your USB Club invitation email on your Mac.
  2. Select the invitation link.
  3. Select Download Desktop App.
  4. Wait for the .dmg  file to finish downloading.
  5. Open the downloaded .dmg  file.
  6. Open the USB Club Desktop App.
  7. When you see Plug in to Continue, connect your USB Club device.
  8. When macOS asks whether USB Club may access files on a removable volume, select Allow.
  9. Follow the prompts to verify your email, create your profile, and complete onboarding.

Keep your invitation email until installation and onboarding are complete.
